Kindly note that in this Payment facility, which for technical reasons is integrated with our Subscribe and Purchase facilities, you should only complete the Upper Section entitled 'Billing details'. There is of course no need to complete the Lower Section entitled 'Shipping address', as with your Donation it is not applicable.
